Sefa Visa is the official visa application center authorized by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Foreign Affairs to provide visa application services. Our center acts as an intermediary between visa applicants and the Embassy of the Republic of Türkiye.
All visa applications must be submitted in person at our application center unless otherwise specified. Applicants are responsible for providing all required documents completely and accurately. Incomplete or incorrect documents may result in rejection of the application or延长 processing time.
All visa decisions are made exclusively by the Embassy of the Republic of Türkiye. Sefa Visa staff have no influence or authority in visa decision-making. As a visa application center, we only provide the service of receiving applications and forwarding them to the Embassy.
Visa application fees and service charges are collected at the time of application and are non-refundable regardless of the outcome. Fees may vary depending on the visa type and applicant's nationality. Please contact our office for current fee information.
All personal data collected during the application process is processed and stored in accordance with Republic of Türkiye data protection legislation and international standards. Your data is used solely for processing your visa application and is not shared with third parties.
Sefa Visa accepts no liability for visa application rejections, extended processing times, or impacts on applicants' travel plans. Applicants are advised not to make definite travel arrangements while awaiting visa results.
Sefa Visa reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective from the moment they are published on our website. By continuing to use our services, you agree to the updated terms.
